I don’t know why people act like the usual apps have everything, because they definitely don’t where I live. I tried this and it found pizza delivery places near me that I hadn’t seen on my regular apps, even a couple that were a bit outside my usual search area. Happy with it, honestly.

The pizza got here still hot, which honestly... nice. I feel like that doesn’t always happen with delivery, so yeah, happy with that.

I ordered through SliceLife and the food showed up fine overall, so no major complaints there. The packaging was just a little hit or miss.
The pizza box felt a bit soft, and one corner looked like it had gotten crushed during the trip. A few slices slid around, but nothing was actually ruined, so it wasn’t a big deal.
Overall, it was a average delivery experience. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely like to see them be a little more careful with the boxes next time

I ordered pickup through Slice and it told me it’d be ready in about 25 minutes. When I got to the pizza place, they seemed confused and didn’t even know about the order at first. Then they told me it would be another 20 minutes. The food was fine, but the whole reason I used the app was to save time. Not saying it’s a scam, but the pickup times really need to be more accurate, or at least the app should let you know when your order is running late.

I was ready to place my order, but then the price suddenly jumped at checkout. Like, why does it have to be so complicated? If there are extra fees or charges, just show them upfront instead of surprising me at the last step.

SliceLife has been decent for me when I don’t feel like calling around to order food. A friend actually recommended it to me, and I can see why since the app is simple to use and the menus are usually easy to browse.
The only thing that bugs me is the local availability. Some restaurants near me will show up one day and disappear the next, or it’ll say delivery isn’t available even though I know the place delivers. It’s not a bad app, just a little hit or miss depending on the day.

I ordered through SliceLife, the food was just alright. Nothing was terrible, and I appreciate that it showed up warm and the toppings were fine, but the pizza crust was a little chewy and didn’t taste as fresh as I was hoping. I know restaurants get busy and people are doing their best, but if someone’s paying for a meal, it’s fair to expect it to taste a bit better. I might use it again if I’m hungry and don’t feel like cooking, but it probably wouldn’t be my first choice.

I’m usually a little cautious with apps that promise points or discounts because sometimes they don’t show up or there’s some catch, but I haven’t had that issue here. My points show up after orders, and the discounts apply without me having to chase anything down. it’s been straightforward and does what it says.

I had a small issue with my order, nothing crazy, and support replied really quickly. They got it sorted without turning it into a whole hassle, which I appreciated. Happy with how it was handled...

I tried to cancel my account and figured that would be the end of it, but I still got charged anyway. Then when I reached out to support, I kept getting passed from one person to another with no real help. it felt like a huge waste of my time...

The food was left outside and I didn’t get a text or hear a knock. I guess it’s possible I missed something, but as far as I could tell, there wasn’t any heads-up that it had arrived

My order showed up late, maybe by around half an hour or so, and when I reached out to slicelife, they basically just sent me back to the restaurant. I get that things happen, but it would be nice if there was a little more accountability instead of feeling like you’re just being passed around.

I’ve used a few Slice promo codes when ordering pizza for me and my brother, and most of them worked without any trouble. One code didn’t go through once, but the app showed another deal right away, so it wasn’t really a big deal...

Slice as a delivery service is sub-par.  Expect your delivery to take at least an hour no matter what the app says for a delivery time.  

Delivery was quick, really quick, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting. Super happy with how easy it all was.

Ordering was straightforward, which I appreciated, but I got a little annoyed trying to figure out the privacy details. The security seems fine, I guess, but I’d feel a lot better if everything was explained more clearly instead of making me hunt for it.

The food was fine, but the delivery experience wasn’t great. The driver seemed annoyed the whole time, barely said anything, and kind of shoved the bag at me like I was inconveniencing him (which was awkward). Not the kind of attitude you want when you’re just trying to get dinner.

I use slicelife here and there, and the ordering side of it is usually smooth. I haven’t had many problems placing orders or getting updates.
The issue came when part of my order was messed up by the restaurant and I needed a refund or credit. Support did get back to me, but it took a few messages, and the credit wasn’t explained very clearly at first, which made the whole thing feel avoidable.
They did sort it out eventually, so I wouldn’t call it a terrible experience. It was just frustrating having to keep following up for something that seems like it should’ve been simple.

I’ve used it a bunch and my payments have always gone through without any hassle. it’s been reliable for me.

I’ve used SliceLife twice now, and both times my order showed up exactly how I entered it. Extra cheese, no onions, drinks included — all of it was there. that’s kind of the bare minimum, but apparently some apps make that difficult. Not blaming anyone in particular, but I’ve had enough missing items and random mix-ups elsewhere, so I’m happy this one actually got it right.
